Guests are welcomed, between 7:30 a.m. and 10 a.m. to the restaurant of the Hotel Saint-Alban 3*, for a breakfast buffet as generous as it is delicious (15 €).
Will you choose the dishes to accompany your wines or will you choose the wines to accompany your dishes? The dilemma will be challenging. But whatever your choice may be, the table and the cellar will meet your gourmet requirements, for your enjoyment in the well-appointed dining room or on the terrace, in the shade of an umbrella.
The restaurant, open 5 days a week (closed on Sunday and Monday), offers a simple cuisine that gives expression to the taste of food and ingredients, from farms of the region. Each day’s menu consists of an entrée, a main course and a dessert.
